Home Sweet Home

We moved into a new house at the beginning of this year! We have been looking for a house in this neighborhood for quite some time. This is close by the kids' school, and Jake and Isaak can walk to their bus stop to ride the bus to their schools. We have great neighbors, and lots of friends close by! We love it, and it is a perfect fit for us! Dave and I have been spending our time making our house a home.

Rest In Peace Perry

Perry a.k.a Agent P born July 24, 2011 died December 12, 2011.

We are very sad, and with heavy hearts had to put our puppy down last week. He suffered for about a week having Parvovirus. We did multiple treatments on him at the vet hoping he would pull through, but things got worse and worse he ended up with pneumonia as well, and his lungs were failing. This is something that I never want to go through again. We will miss him. He was like a kid to us, with a huge personality. I hope he is up there in doggy heaven running through a field of flowers and laying in the sun. Rest in peace Perry!

Here is Isaak and 4 other teammates that got chosen to play in the All-Star game. They chose 25 out of 600 players to play on this team, and it is so cool to think that 20% of those players came from Isaaks team. He is very excited.

Jakob's Bowl Game

Jakob's team won their last game of the season! It was a tough season this being their only win of the whole season. Jakob stuggled in the middle after being in a car accident and very sore, but decided that he was going to give 100% to his team each time no matter if they win or lose and stick it out til the end. He did just that, and I am so proud of him deciding to do that. He played some awesome games, one had us laughing because he blocked a field goal with his head! This last game he interecepted a pass, had a few sacks, and a few tackles for losses, and was just a huge part of almost every play. You could really see that he played his heart out. At the end of the game the coach handed out a medal to a player that grew to be a huge leader through out the season to Jakob. As you can see in the picture Jakob had a grin from ear to ear. Happy that his coaches noticed that he played his heart out, helped call plays, and talked to the coaches on the sidelines of the things that he saw that could help. The season ended in a bang for him. I am so proud to have a son like Jakob. He is very strong minded and truely a leader.

A Vacation for Mommy!

I got to fly into Seattle and visit my mom who was working up there on Whidbey Island for 5 days! We visted the San Juan Islands as well. It was so much fun! I really love that area.

My Good Looking Kids!!

Arent they cute when they are all dressed up? This is at their Aunt Amanda's wedding last weekend. They had a lot of fun. Colin refused to take off his "fancy clothes" and wanted to wear them the next day too. Im pretty lucky to have such a good bunch!

Growing Up Means..

Learning how to mow the lawn! This was Isaaks first time mowing the lawn. Dave taught him how to run the weed eater and how most importantly how to be safe!
